  • Australia
    • Sydney, Australia for 1 month
    • Road trip on the Sunshine coast, Australia for 2 weeks
    • Coolum Beach, Australia for 1 month
  • Fiji Island, Fiji for 1 week
  • San Francisco (Home), USA for 1 month
  • Grenoble (Home), France for 1 month
  • Italy
    • Lake Como, Italy for 1 week (budget: $45.52 per person per day – see our Lake Como’s destination guide)
    • Prato/Florence, Italy for 1 month
    • Cinque Terre, Italy for 1 week
  • Costa Brava, Spain for 1 month (budget: $45.52 per person per day – see our Costa Brava’s destination report + cost of living numbers)
  • Taipei, Taiwan for 5 month

[Year 4] 2021

  • Kaosiung, Taiwan for the rest of the year
  • Lausanne, Switzerland for 1 week
  • Grenoble (Home), France for 2 months
  • Provence, France for 1 month
  • San Francisco, USA for 3 months
  • We got a 3 years residency thanks to the Taiwan Gold Card that will allow us to stay in Taiwan until the international travel situation become safe again for us to keep on exploring the world.

[Year 3] 2020

  • Taiwan where have been since the pandemic started (budget: $32.37 for our first month). Read our monthly reports to find more details about what we have been up to during a year “Stuck” in Taiwan.
  • Bali, Indonesia for 4 weeks (budget: $18.36 per person per day)
  • Da Nang, Vietnam for 4 weeks (budget: $24.37 per person per day)
  • Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for 1 week (budget: $31.85 per person per day)
  • Cameron Highlands, Malaysia for 1 week (budget: $21.7 per person per day)

Thanks for your well done, informative and beautifully photographed blog! We are also living the life nomadic, having been on the road since November 2017. We look forward to following your continued travels. Enjoy your time with friends and family. We are back in the U.S. for awhile doing the same.

Thank you for showing the chronological list of places you have explored thus far. You get so much pleasure exploring the world while saving money. Furthermore, you work out routinely and eat delicious, beautiful and healthy food. I admire that. I love reading your articles.
